-Clown in the middle of the park with balloons = creepy
-Clown at birthday = depends. if they're touchy, creepy. if they're friendly and actually care about kids, okay.
-Clown at circus = again, depends. wacky clown, scary. funny clown, cool
-Injured Clown = as Demitri Martin stated, hilarious.
