When they go out. But I have to make sure I have ATLEAST two other people there to help me change it.

I dont change light bulbs
As soon as it goes out.
Very rarely. We use the energy efficient ones.
I use those new energy efficient twirly light bulbs.
so not very often. probably not in the next 7 years.
or so on.
I recommend using twirly light bulbs.
you wont have to change it once a month like normal ones.
