I chiropractic snore prevention pillow, when I was 9.
i remember when i was a kid, back in grade 5, we all had a kris kringle present to buy for another class member. and the person who was buying my present got me nothing, i was shattered.
lucky for me, my teacher went down to the shops and bought me a lovely fountain pen, which someone subsequently stole. but i still thank her for the thought.

I'll never forget opening up Great Aunt Gertrude's gift and finding underwear, socks and slips. Why give underwear for Christmas?

p.s. -before I get lambasted for this answer. Yes, it was very nice of her to get me any present at all and yes, of course, her heart was in the right place and OF COURSE - even as a kid I knew enough to be gracious and thank her!
