Number 1... call the police on her... Number 2... don't have contact with her again. I know what it is like to have an angry/abusive mother who takes her anger out on you. It is really hard because it is your mother and you love her. She has hurt you too much though. You need to get out of there and just let go of her. You don't need a mother like that. I think you would be better off with out her abusing you.
