yes. most of the time it's by hispanic people and I say wrong number but they still keep talking crap in spanish!!!!!!!!!
It only bothers me if its my cellphone, it really pisses me off, and I don't know why. Kinda dumb. :)
Yes it does. Especially when I have told that person, they have the wrong number and they continue to call back. I could just slap them.
Only if they do it over and over again. Once is an accident. When they do it again, then it starts to upset me.

um, you dialed it! look down once in awhile, why does this always happen the one time that you are diving, digging, have no hands, waiting for another call?
not too bad if they dont catch attitude, but dont call me up pissed off cuz you dialed the wrong number.
