Taco for sure!! Its got cheese plus heaps of other things grilled cheese doesnt have, and taco shells are tougher than bread.
And, to top it all off, tacos are yummier : )

there's so many variations of both. Spinach and mozzarella grilled cheese on 12-grain bread would beat taco supreme from taco bell any day. it all depends.
I think the grilled cheese because its gooey goodness would overwhelm the taco, and tacos always have to be held right or they fall out and end up all over the car. But the taco is healthier, so that's good, but I still think the grilled cheese is yummier most of the time.

Hands down, a grilled cheese would win the fight. A taco, if you drop it, will break. A grilled cheese on the other hand can be thrown against a wall and survive. Grilled cheese wins in the first round.
