No, it would not be an act of war with any Japanese monsters because our weapons could easily put them down. The only exception, is if you came as GODZILLA, which I suspect you are him, the most formidable monster ever to face this earth. Yes, then it would be an act of all out war. And we just might even lose, but Godzilla is afraid of electricity, and he won't cross even modest power lines. King Kong has also gained some sort of liking for electricity, and lighting makes him stronger. King Kong's ability to control electricity also serves to help even up the odds between the two monsters when they fight, because otherwise Kong has no way to counter Godzilla's atomic ray. Now this evens up the odds quite a bit so anything is possible. I would rather see GODZILLA and KING KONG team up to take on all the monsters of the world.
