I turn my lights on when I wake up. Right before I go to bed, I turn them off.

we turn ours on at like 7 PM and trun it off whenever we go to bed! !
i turn them on at 5 o clock and i turn them off b4 i go 2 bed

just at night and for about 4 hours. We turn it on at 6 oclock and until 10. (when we usually begin to fall asleep.)
I usually put them on around 5 pm. and turn them off when I go to sleep and that time is always changing.

I usually turn on my Christmas lights just before sundown and leave them on throughout the night. I turn them off before I go to work in the morning. If you normally enter your house at night I would suggest having them on so you don't come home to a dark house.
I my self turn it on around 6pm when it gets dark and turns it off at around 9 or 10 pm before i go to bed (for safety reasons as well), ithink turning the lights on at daytime dont make sense since the light wont be noticed. By turning it on for 3 to 4 hrs at night instead of overnight, saves alot on electric bills,& help conserve energy.
