I've regifted before.
I've never done that. I think it's sort of lazy, but it does make sense. The main reason I've never done it is that I a) enjoy most of the presents I get, and b) I don't think other people have the same interests as me, so they probably wouldn't want my present anyway.
when you get to my age, im 23, you get the same things every year. gift cards and money. and when it comes to the parents is always joint gifts with the boyfriend. dishes, knives, crock pot... then the boyfriend usually gets me whatever i want or talk about. so i never usually get things to regift. but it does get annoying when i go to the families houses and they send us home with all this food that goes to waste lol.

Yes, definitely. Why not! It's useless to you so pass it on to someone else who might enjoy it. You need to remember though who gave it to you in first place. You don't want to be giving it as a present to the same person or someone close to that person.
