my slumlord does... but I have space heaters... so that I don't have to punch her in the face

I do because I rent a house.

I control it in my house. ONLY ME! I am always hot, and everybody else is cold. So I say, put on a sweatshirt!

We own our house - - set it on 65 year round.

In our apartment before we bought the house, we controlled the heat too.
