it's the commercialization of the holidays that need doing away with.
I think they should get rid of Sweetest Day. We already have St. Valentine's Day. Or did you mean federal holidays?

To answer your question-----NONE I like haveing a day off here and there, especially if I get paid for it.
I actually respect and enjoy all holidays. They all have a special meaning, whether it be a historical event or religious holiday, and sometimes it's just for the fun of it. Even Valentines Day is a fun holiday, don't you think? Telling your loved ones how much you care about them. Halloween, Martin Luther King Jr Day, St Patricks Day, Thanksgiving...even April FOOLS day. They all are pretty special, and if we didn't have them, it wouldn't be the same, you know?
If there WAS one holiday to get rid of though, I would say Columbus Day. Some people say that we don't even 'celebrate' it on the right day. Columbus' discovery is significant, but frankly, not many of us really pay attention to it. I do enjoy the day off though ^__^
