I think compromising every now and again is essential for any healthy relationship....it's got to be a bit of give and take, with plenty of room for mistakes and then forgiveness.
Sometimes its best just to agree to disagree ;)
Without it, you're doomed to fail. One person is going to get tired of sacrificing, and find someone that will sacrifice for them.
Communications and compromise is part of a relationship--there is no happiness or peace when gthere is unsettled turmoil between two partners. There also has to be respect, honor, dignity and support for each other. Only an immature,inconsiderate mate demands everything go their way.
Relationships are based on open communication and compromise. Without either of them, you just have two people that will not get along and will fight all the time or totally grow apart, or even get resentful if they don't get what they want or need. Compromise is not about win/lose, it is always a win/win situation for all parties/people involved. If it is not a win/win situation, then it is NOT a compromise and only one person will be happy. When compromising, everyone involved should be happy with the outcome.
Sometimes, you have to pick which battles need to be fought.
A compromise is not a compromise if it doesn't give up ground on the common goals. It's a trivial thing not worth fighting over.
well to all that dont agree on compromise .. then your the ons that are ending up with a divorce.. i tihnk compromise is a priority ....
u really should but only for a good reason. listen to what your partner is saying think about it if they are right but you are too compomise if they are wrong then stand up for your beliefs
