I would say the Rice Krispy guys - Toucan Sam is an insane bird obsessed with his own nose. He has no street cred! Snap, Crackle and Pop could definitely team up to kick his tail.
Tony the Tiger would kill the Captain! Tony is one tough dude. The Captain isn't even a real captain, he's just some guy who bought a boat and a fancy hat.
The Lucky Charms leprechaun would win against the Trix Rabbit. That Rabbit has gone completely insane trying to steal a bowl of cereal from kids. The leprechaun is incredibly paranoid (someone is always after his lucky charms!), which means there's no sneaking up on him.

Rice Krispy Guys- There are more of them.
Tony the Tiger- He is way stronger.
The Lucky Charms- He is smarter, while the rabbit can't even get the stupid cereal from the kids.

Toucan Sam and Tony the Tiger would eat their opponents, and the Lucky Charms guy would defeat the Trix Rabbit with magic.
Rice Krispy guys could take the tucan. 3 against one.
Tony the Tiger would eat Cap'n Crunch in 3 bites.
And, Lucky would beat Trix the Rabbit. He'd just have to pick up the pot o' gold and beat him over the head with it. Trix gives up too easily, anyway.
