Christmas: Pork Tenderloin with pistachios and sweet and sour sauce wrapped inside and grilled outside on the pit. And of course my Mom's special, homemade pecan pie for dessert. (that's pronounced pee-con' pie)
New Year: Fresh Black-eyed peas, cornbread,
cabbage, fresh sweet potatoes. And a fresh, boiled corn beef brisket. When the corn beef is almost done drop the cabbage in the pot for about 30 minutes.
Man, you just made me hungry...
probably some chinese food

beer- wine
pudding- pavlova
chicken and rice.
and for new year, chicken and rice.
FYI, everyother day, chicken and rice.
Ramen noodles with sardines and hot sauce and a coke.......for dessert, a little debbie cake.
I'm picking up Chinese takeout. I haven't decide exactly what yet but I know for sure some wonton soup cuz I'm freezing and crab rangoon. New Year's will be black eyed peas.

My grandmother usually makes a christmas turkey, ham, creamed carrots, lasagna, corn on the cob, fish sticks and crab cakes.
I usually only eat the lasagna though since i'm vegetarian.
my mom makes these little "party pizzas" on little toasted break things that have a **** load of cheese and meat and its delish

Christmas a wonderful turkey dinner with all the fixings. New years just a tv dinner.
That depends on what my wife is wearing.

Christmas - homemade lasagna, meat manicottis(sp?), and stuffed shells, cheese sticks, garlic bread, yummy salad .. the classic italian dinner.
new years - take out.
This year will be Kobe New York Strip Steaks, sweet potatoes, green beans with bacon and garlic, some sort of bread, chocolate gelato and coconut cake. New Year's will be black eyed peas, and corn bread.
Smoked prime rib, baked potatoes, green beans, whole wheat rolls and blackberry cobbler.
New Years isn't a huge deal, my husband has to work.
a small bowl of rice, with a can of cranberry sauce i got from the homeless shelter. yumm..

For Christmas we are having Turkey, dressing ,steamed broccoli, fresh baby peas, fresh butternut squash in a butter sauce, rolls, cranberries sauce, whipped potato, and gravy. For dessert we are having cherry pies, and pumpkin pies topped with whipped cream
New Years we are having a spiral ham with a honey glaze, whipped potato, fresh baby carrots, steamed green beans and for dessert a pound with a chocolate glaze.
