Patience to put up with my BS.
Honesty and being faithful which is in short supply these days.
Unfortunately the first thing I look for is just that looks especially eyes, is she big or too skinny or does she wear to much makeup, I would like to look at different things first but most other things take time to know and if I don't like the looks usually I won't get to know them unless I work with them or they are part of my friends group, I have been proven wrong before as a girl I thought eew when I first saw her I ended up dating for awhile.
Personality wise they can't be a ditz or an airhead even if it's just an act cute at first but not serious relationship material.
