What is your major pet peeve about the holiday season?!

Why does someone send you a Christmas card one year (and you didn't send to them), so the next year you send them one, and then you don't receive one from them. There should be some hard and fast rules on sending out Christmas cards.

i hate that they have started putting up christmas stuff right after halloween.
i also hate how commercialized it's all become.

it starts to early. the stores should not put all the stuff up until after thanksgiving.
