Does anyone have bad dreams?!

Question: im tired of bad dreams

Answers: im tired of bad dreams

Heck yeah! I had one last night. They say try not to eat late or before you go to bed. I did that last night...maybe that's why...?

me too//they really get bothersome but music helps

alot of people do
try changing your nightly routine

Me too

sometimes and when they come there is no limit to my fear.

yeah after ive been out on the grog for a while, pretty sure its withdrawl.

too often

nop i used to when i was younger but not anymore

=]

Aren't 'bad' dreams more aptly called 'nightmares'???

Yes I have once in awhile. I ignore them, once I wake up I remind myself it was just a dream.

Bad dreams spoilt your sleep
and your mood, well-being.

When I sleep I seldom dream.

sometimes

yeah and usually they have a connection whit my fears...

I also have bad dreams, lately, but in someway actually know that i'm dreaming when i am.So i don't really get scared , I think this healthy,it is not that bad

Oh, man, I hate bad dreams. I had an awful one the other night that involved a piece of farm machinery. I think I watch too many movies and I'm really sensitive to visual stimulation. Gotta cut back on the TV.

I do and they are disturbing. I was raised superstitiously - death dreams = a birth; snakes = trouble, a birth = death...

I dreamt a dream the other night that was so sad, and I was worried all day that someone was in trouble. But then, a relationship with my friends and neighbors was rekindled yesterday, and I was happy beyond words! So the death I dreamt of equaled the re-birth of a special and treasured relationship. But damned the dreams anyway, right?!

Sweet dreams!

Oh, p.s.: I used to read my daughter "story seed," which are one-paragraph, random "story starters" that you need your imagination to finish. They change your thinking for the moment and give the mind something interesting to fall asleep to. I wonder if they have them for adults...

Usually when I'm going through a stressful time it will carry over into my sleep. I try watching comedies or doing some meditation before sleep. Try putting yourself in good mood before hitting the hay. If you can work-out that would also be a good way to relieve stress which should help you to sleep better.

before you go to bed
have a drink of warm milk or milky coffee
then read a few jokes or something funny
once you start to feel sleepy climb into bed
then take 10 deep breathes
this is the way to do it
breathe in for a count of ten hold it in for a count of ten then release it for a count of ten ,each time your breathe out relax your body and clear your mind
you should now feel very relaxed with a clear mind
if this works in the way it should you go to sleep with nothing on your mind but if your mind should be active while you sleep
the last thoughts you had were of some funny things
so you shouldnt have any bad dreams
let me know if it works

Not since the day's when the
"cleverly configurated",
"doomingly deceiveing",
"insomnia inspireing",
"rhym laced linguistics"
were "tongue tossed"
at me, by a "circle" of "oracles"
were in the "zenith" of their
"blinding darkness" of "binding".

Whitch made viewings of "The Excorcist", just before bed time, seem, in comparison, like a couple of "Nytols" that let me sleep "like" a baby, from deep, excessive laughter after watching a "Mel Brookes" movie.
