You could share it with some neighbors. Take it in to work with some rolls and feed the co-workers lunch. Make hot, open-faced turkey sandwiches with mashed potatoes and gravy. On the healthier side, throw some cold turkey in a green salad. Chop some up finely, add a bit of mayo and seasonings and make turkey salad. Give some to your dog but watch for bones. Find a recipe online for turkey soup and then you can freeze that for another time if it makes alot. Substitute the chicken for tukey for a Turkey Divan. Substitute the tuna for turkey in Turkey Noodle Casserole or just nibble it cold throughout the week if you're watching the carbs....ya know....with the bread and all.

Mix turkey leftovers with bread sauce and sweetcorn (mushrooms optional). Place in a suitable bowl and cover with a thin layer of puff pastry and cook in the oven until golden brown. enjoy.
