Can a lap dancer do a lap dance on a "below hip, double amputee"? I think the dancer would find a way for the person to still enjoy the dance and I think a person with no lap could use a laptop like some people with no movements under the neck could still use a computer, write books and contribute to society or ask question such as yours.
