I'm almost certain that would be a "no". A person can threaten to kill themselves and it can create a type of hostage situation. But, I don't believe the law would consider it as one person taking another person as a hostage because technically, it is the same person who is experiencing a disassociation.
Oh boy, we wouldn't want to be the ones managing that situation.
Ironically, in reality, one of the personalities calls for help. If responded to, they should never be successful, as the 'threatener' tends to give up when help arrives.
