If you add them as a contact they cannot see your Q/As/Starred Questions only YOU can see their Q/As/Starred Questions.
But if that person adds YOU as a contact, they can see your Q/As/Starred Questions.
YahooAnswers will send you an email if someone adds you as a contact. Block them if you aren't comfortable with them. :)
