What would you think if i fell asleep in the doctors surgery with my 3 yr old?!

I would think that you were very, very tired!
I would say that you need to get more sleep! =]
I'd think you were very tired from attending a sick child. Hope the babe is better and you can get more rest.
I would think that you need a cup of coffee.
You stayed up all night worrying and once you saw the 3 year old was in good hands you consciously or unconsciously decided it was ok and you didn't have to worry so much, exhaustion took over, you feel asleep
(We are talking about a 3 year old having surgery, correct? I feel like I might have read it wrong)
Don't blame yourself for exhaustion. The body can only take so much before it shuts itself down. Stress also will wear the body out. Sounds as if you have a very sick infant. That definitely is a stressful situation. Don't beat yourself up, you're only human. In no way do I feel you were neglectful. Rest easy.
You need to catch up on some zzzz's. And so does your son. Good lordy! Do you get some sleep at night these days?!
You must have been very tired OR your reaction to anxiety to be your stress levels to go down resulting to you going to sleep.

I would think poor thing probably been up all night with child and pregnancy taking its toll and i would watch to make sure child doesnt run off
Obviously, you were tired. Of course, being at the doctor's and having a three year old could have contributed also.
