Question: I am planning on baked chicken tonight and it will probably turn out Flambeaued without the welding torch because I always forget about the food cooking while I am on here. But then again I might forget to even put it in the oven or if I remember that I might forget to turn the oven on. So many things can happen when you Flambeau.

I use a blowtorch to make Creme Brullee.

A gas torch is what we call them, but they would be ideal. By adjust the flame you could lightly brown it, or at full blast sear it black in seconds.
That is a very interesting concept, have a star for making me chuckle.
