I was grown in the 1990's because I was born on 1991.
When you stop living at home and asking your parents for money.
When you start paying bills.
In my 30s and still working on growing up...

When you pay for everything on your own and u don't live off of somebody else..like parents...mother/father in laws..brothers/sisters...and so on. I've been doing that since I was 18 and I'm now 22. I didn't like growing up so quickly but I had to do it...
I felt fully grown when I had my son (I was 19) knowing that I was forever responsible for this perfect little person and that I had to make sure he was happy and healthy made me truly feel like an adult.
When you base every decision by the consequences. A grown up thinks about there future not today.Exapmle:sex=babies.....so if your going to have it you better be responsible.
Not all grown ups are grown.
Going to school= career=home=nice car
Career=saving=retirement=traveling
When you plan for tommorrow you know your grown.
