Have you ever been to the IMAX to see a film, whats it like?!
Question: Wonderful, especially in 3D. I like the one at Bradford and go about every 18 months. I saw one in Las Vegas, but you couldn't choose your seats as you can at Bradford. You were seated in the queue order - so the people who pushed in and got at the front of the queue ended up with seats at the side, we got centre seats - so there are rewards for being polite!
In 3D IMAX everything is so realistic - I really do feel that objects are going to stab me, hit me and run me over. Please go and see.

I have, some of the effects are stunning.
We saw the last Harry Potter in iMax & part of it was 3D. It was awsome! The screen is SOOOOOOOO huge. It was amazing.
We also saw Beauty & the Beast and several others.

i have seen one about jane goodall or something about monkeys lots and lots of monkeys...it was cool, but not if i get headaches from motion sickness. not cool. its cool cause its all around you. not cool cause monkeys make me dizzy. over all, i would definatly recomend it.

I have been to two different IMAX theaters. The first one was great! The film was in 3D and the screen was huge! The second one was tiny and not so impressive.

Went to the one in Bradford a few years ago to watch a Bond film with my hubby, I thought it was pretty amazing.
You feel like you're moving along with the movie...
I saw Spiderman 1-3, I AM LEGEND, Batman Begins, and countless other movies on IMAX. It is worth the extra if you're seeing an action/adventure/horror movie. It's kind of a waste for a chickflick or a gooey movie. The screen is huge, with great effects, and the sound is great too.
There is one about 90 miles from where I live ,been to movies there a few times. if it were closure I would go a lot more, that is the biggest screen I have ever seen, I love it.
Yes, it was really cool, except I get motion sickness and it really bothered me.
I saw a film about sea creatures in sydney's IMAX (the biggest in the world) and it was amazing if i had seen that film in a cinema i would have fallen asleep but omd it was amzing and i didn't even realise i was watching a documentry type movie about sea creatures- btw the fried egg jellyfish is amazing!
I went to the one in london too and watched some random 3D film about bugs some random virtual computer world that one was confusing but the effects you get are worth it! :D
