I find something in everyone to compliment. Even the smallest thing.....like the colour they have on suits them.

sometimes both. When im nervous or intimidated by someone i compliment their outfit or earings even if i dont mean it..but when i think a woman or man is really attractive, i do also tell them, and i mean it.
