1) Because they really would LIKE to be able to answer these questions that they supposedly dislike but are for whatever reason unable to answer! To make themselves feel better and to secretly vent their frustration regarding their inability, they falsely claim to "hate" the questions, sometimes getting nasty in their ire!!
