How to tell a WAITER that he is not getting ANY TIPS ?!

Why tell him? Just don't leave one and if its that terrible, complain to the manager.
just like ttly ignor him OR tell the manager that he iz doing a horrible job.
this one time i waz at Steak and Shake and i didn't get my drink untill we were ready to leave then my brothers ordered a smothie thing and the guy never brought it so my mom tlked to the manager.
our meal waz free and the dude got fired.
"You are a bad, bad waiter so no money tips for you,,,,but here's a hot tip,,bet on horse no.4 by the name of 3 Legs, race no6 this sunday,,,,"
If you don't leave a tip they will just think you are a cheap jerk. Leave a nickel and that tells the waiter he wasn't worth much.
What I like to do if the situation warrants it, is leave a nickel and a penny. Two coins so it looks like on purpose, not just a coin that fell out of a shirt pocket or something. I also leave coins at all to make sure they know that's all the tip they are getting. If you leave no tip, sometimes they will just think, "Crap, they forgot!" instead of realizing their suckiness.
He won't find it on the table when you leave. And he'll know.
You don't tell him. You let him do his job, and just don't bother giving him anything. If you tell him prior, you will not get good service in the first place. Telling him would just be using him then rubbing it in his face, thus provoking revenge. Why bother?
