What things do I qualify for now that I'm 40 that I didn't get at 39?!

Question: for instance...I understand that I'm now covered by The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA) which protects individuals who are 40 years of age or older from employment discrimination based on age. I'm thrilled. Are there other wondrous benefits out there yet to be discovered that I need to be made aware of?

I find it deeply disturbing that "Ompelle" had that link on her computer...

Hee Hee...

Senior Citizen discounts? lol JK

Well they say life begins at 40 =]

AARP will start hounding you with junk mail any day now if they haven't already.

AARP's age requirement is 50. You still have 10 years before that crap starts coming. You do get to be on the receiving end of all those lame over-the-hill birthday cards and presents now. Oh boy.

If being able to legitimately wear this isn't some sort of benefit, I don't know what is...

You're only as old as you feel! If you wear the thongs in the link from Ompelle, you'll feel 39 again.
