Do i have to do my exercise even if I feel a bit tired daily?!


Question: Whenever before I start my gym exercises I feel tired and this thought that I would"t be able to do my exercises comes rushing in to my mind and really demotivates me.Will you advice me on this and say something motivational on being a a guy who really likes to have a good physique. and a healthy one.

just think to yourself "i want brad pitts body" or something.

when i work out, i think of thin people, the ones that worked hard for their body, and that motivates me to keep going and to get that body!

no... just sit infront ur monitor & ask us question..
exercise will ruin ur bones

Usually you start off tired then during it you wake up and become more energized. Atleast that's what happens to me. I ride a stationary bike for 45 min to warm up then by the time I get to the elipitical machine I am fired up.

i dont think so you should do your exercise though your feeling a bit tired.......

that wont work and can even make you feel exausted more.....

No pain no gain

That happens to me quite often but once I force myself get to the gym and start my work out I'd feel like I've overcome something and it makes me feel good and plus the fact that I do want to stay in shape. Try not to think about how tire/hard it's going to be for the next ...how ever long you're going to exercise... think about the fact that it's healthy choice in life and you will feel/look better if you're in shape.

Suck it up pretty boy!! Maybe doing it earlier in the day when you have more energy!!! REDBULL ring any bells either? If your so in love with your physique think about being a lazy fat *** for awhile sitting in front of a TV with no future!!! Does that motivate ya?

try a different time in the day, and make sure you have breakfast first. you can work out without breakfast, but you need breakfast if you tired.
