Stamina: Run up hill at a steady pace. Most people tend to neglect hills but they are very good. Strength: well I just do a little something every morning and night try doing push ups sit ups etc like 50 sit ups 10 push ups then as you get stronger increase the amount you're doing. You will find your strength getting better. It worked for me

do drugs....JUST KIDDING!!!!..... have an energy drink.

Pilates, kickboxing, weightlifting, and squats.

get into mountain biking. that'll put some hair in your chest.
