Well true beauty was in the sky once, I had to fly to St.Louis from Portland,Ore. But other than that I don't really know of anything.
P.S. You are aware of man pretty aren't you?
The stars and the moon.
Ooohhh.....So much to choose from!
I love seeing nebulae. The cat's eye and the ring nebula come to mind. Of course I can't leave out the Orion nebula either.
Once I started to learn the constellations, I was amazed at a few that actually looked like the picture they were supposed to portray. Gemini is one of my favorites.
I love to check out the beautiful Andromeda galaxy as well.
But, My favorite would have to be a tie between Jupiter and Saturn. The first time I observed both of these stellar wonders, it literally took my breath away. Seeing the rings of Saturn and the cloud bands on Jupiter is a beautiful experience indeed.
I would've picked Neptune, but I do have a hard time observing it since it is so far away. :)
