Question: if i had a gf i'd take her out for a stroll on the beach at night. then sit and hug to stay warm. i'd tell her to look out into the ocean and surprise her with a display of fireworks or something.

I did something very romantic a couple of years ago for him. I suprised him with a romantic dinner for two (steak for him, chicken breast for me with all the trimmings) and then had the bedroom filled with candles and on the bed there were chocolate hershey kisses and rose petals in the shape of a heart. he still talks about it to this day.
