Mine is when I am watching a movie for the 1st time, and there is someone watching it with me, they ask me questions about what happens next. It's so annoying! How am I supposed to know?!

Bad manners and when people don't get to the point in a conversation- they just go on and on and on going erm ahh well.
People that won't merge onto the highway from on-ramps....they just wait until the lane runs out, and come over whether it's clear or not!!!
People who try to hop into conversations when they dont know what they are talking about.
I think mine would be when I hold a door open for someone and they don't say thank you. That really irritates me because I was nice enough to stand there and hold the door for them and not let is slam in their face, when I could be on my way to where I need to go. The least they could do is say thank you.
