make a good start on it, leaving it just to be tidied up and finished, nothing doing today and it gets it out of the way, leaving you to enjoy the rest of the hols,
get a big mug of hot chocolate and a few choccie biscuits and get your head down to it

start it and get it over and done with so you dont have to think about it any longer!!

It's better to start now so that you'll have it done and out of the way
if u finish it its finish u don't have to worry then but if u wait then u can have problems finding materials

Depends on size of assignment and how long its going to take to do. If its a big one then start it now and get most of it out of the way but if not leave it until after New Year and enjoy yourself.
Make a good start on it now. The hardest thing is getting started but once you have made that first move you might just get into it and then get done once and for all. Then you won't have to keep asking yourself whether you should do it now or leave it till the next day etc. It will be a huge weight off your shoulders! Don't make the mistakes I made and leave it thinking it will only take you a couple of hours whereas realistically it took days. This will only mean that your quality of work is not as good as it should be. Think about how important is this assignment??
