Why Vegetarians...?!
Question: Why do people be vegetarians? I mean they still kill the animal no matter if they eat it or not. It tastes good, and they never met the animal anyway, so why do they care? Maybe the animal was mean, and they killed it? It's just life, why do they have to protest everything?

There are actually many reasons for a person to become vegetarian-- in the US, the top reason is health. Other reasons include religion or personal ethics, concern for the environment, concern for world hunger & concern for animals.
I 've been vegetarian for several years because I didn't want to add to animal suffering if I didn't need to. Most "food" animals in the US aren't especially mean-- cows, chickens, lambs, fish & pigs are usually pleasant critters if they're treated right. In some cultures other animals are eaten, including dogs & cats, also not mean animals usually. It's relatively rare for humans to eat tigers & wolves, who are often considered mean animals.
It doesn't matter to me if I knew the animal or not-- I contribute to causes that help children who I've never met. I've known ppl who have spent time on small family farms & they *did* know the animals they ate, usually by name.

I am vegetarian and how do you feel if YOU are the animal being fed, everyday, same spot. But then one day your area is invaded and ... then...BANG! . Your shot dead. Or taken on a long contained ride standing the whole time, no place to pee, poop, even move. And then your slaughtered.

Just think for a moment. I am a vegetarian and I am living without meat, I am not underweight or anything. Infact I feel a little fat if you ask me. So if I could do it you can too.
ALSO has if ever occured to you that it is part of someone's religion to be a vegetarian.

I am vegetarian and I ? it bcuz I think it is disgusting how someone can eat something that was once alive, I used to eat meat until I was 12 but then I saw this slaughter house on the discovery channel and it was disgusting how people kill a innocent animal when they could eat anything else. It is like cannibalism and it is so disgusting. Even if you don't kill the animal, when they cut it it's bloody and disgusting and if you don't cook it well it's just like eating raw meat. Then when cows will be extinct everyone will say cows are extinct, well they should understand it's because you losers ate too much of beef. It is simply gross!
