You can have strength without being powerful. Strength is being able to do it yourself....power is being able to get everyone else to do it FOR you.
Well lets see...A long time ago the Nazis dominated much of the world. If they came back today they would have a lot more modern weapons and all that stuff. But the only problem is that they wouldn't have influence on much people because everyone knows what happened in world war 2. So they would have more physical strength but less impact, therefor less power.
That's sort of a strange context to use that phrase. Confusing, lol. Well, I don't know how to answer it too well. But do you like the smell of fresh air after it just rained? It's better than smelling dog crap right? Dog crap is probably a stronger smell but the rain is more powerful cause you like it more? lol I don't know...
Like a vacuum it may suck really good but draws less power!! ?
