I did exercise more and lost weight, I sort of lost steam in October! I will do it again this year and add a couple of others.
I don't have any idea which ones I made last year. The remembrance of them faded long ago. I'm sure I will repeat this process again this year. lol

Yes the resolution never to make any more Elric. I've made so many over the years and never stuck or kept to one. So by not making any I can't beat myself up when I stick a cigarette in my mouth or drink half a bottle of gin and demolish 2 family size bars of Chocolate in one go !!

i think resolutions are meant to be broken so i don't make them any more i make plans and keep to most of them
