Love at first sight is not basically about how you think about the person, so, if you think of lust, or if you think he/she's hot or sexy or whatever, that's lust. But when you feel something, then, I think it's love at first sight.

yes, I do believe in love at first site. all you go to do is looking into their eyes and you can see right into their soul and you will know if it's true love or not. the reason I say this is because me and my husband fall in love at first sight and we been happily married for almost 16 years now and have 5 and 1/2 child (due in Aug). so it's possible to fall in love at first sight.
I agree with you completely. I believe it's lust. Love is a strong word to use for a person you don't even know. I think you can definitely like a person at first sight, not even necessarily in a romantic or se*ual sense, but you might just get a positive vibe, because they have a friendly/nice face or something. I think this love at first sight thing is not at all realistic, sorry, not trying to be mean!
