I lost one pound but I usually weight 105 in the morning then 112 at night so it was probably me just shifting or whatever.

well on Christmas day i was very fat and jolly in my red suit. than after i went very skinny sitting in my chair drinking scotch because of all my travelling

stayed the same - it's only Christmas so I don't overdo the food! I save myself so I can have a drink instead!
I also walk my dog twice daily for just over a mile - so it helps keep the weight off!

as someone who is overweight already and has a lot of other health problems i really havent worried too much...Ive had fun...I have had a bereavemnt of a baby grand daughter and many other serious issues in 2007..So i dont see the point of calorie counting and jumping on the scales and getting even more depressed. Good for you though...Years past i have lost lots of weight around christmas before so well done and a Happy New Year to You.

gained. as i do every year.
Neither to be fair did not indulge at all so for me it was normal never gorged myself....much apart from chocolate and that's not a sin.
