yes u r totally right i some times drink more than 5 cups and still feel drowsy.

Yes, so I go back to bed.

yes. and i don't drink it!! i hate coffee or hot drinks.

No. I drink Red Bull to do the trick.

It depends what coffe i am having, but yes, i do.

yes,

Oh yeah.

no.you can always refill your cup, right.?

Yes! However, I sometimes eat a handful of chocolate covered espresso beans chased down by a couple cups of coffee.

Sure as hell don't drink it for the taste the buzz is the only reason .

I am always tired. I think fruit juice and a walk round the park in good bracing fresh air is best cure.

yup. that's what sodas are for.

good thing i don't drink coffee then!

If anyone cares, there are a few biological explanations for this (all of which indicate that if one or two cups doesn't work, more won't help either).

Basically, the liver stores various nutrients until they're needed. Caffeine gets the liver to kick them out into the bloodstream before that. So it they're aren't enough nutrients left in the liver, then all the caffeine in the world isn't going to add more. If caffeine isn't working, you probably need to eat something healthy.

It also increases the production of dopamine and glutamate in the brain, which is where that brief high comes from. Not enough precursors to make more dop, no kick. Again, the solution is probably better food.

That is when it is time to crawl back into bed and get some more 'shut-eye'

Yes, I do! Would you have any to share? LOL

I come to this conclusion every morning myself.
