Almost everywhere. I'm so ticklish it's not even funny. Seriously. I don't think any part of me isn't ticklish.

It really depends, but the muscle right above my hip joints on either side has always been a serious weakness for me. Ticklers can never seem to resist squeezing right there...much to my frantic delight.
