I wanna become strong-what should I do?!


Question: I"ve just started to go to a Gym just to become more strong.My aim is I want to become Unbelievably strong.Folks,tell me what should I need to do?

are you looking for upper body strength ? or leg strength ?

or both .. as people have said go to the gym dont try and lift weights that cause u to strain/struggle..... start off lifting weights that are pretty light and can be lifted with ease.. now i know ur gonna say "but this wont make me strong" and im gonna say yes it will get your upper/lower body use to lifting smaller weights in large amounts i.e 20x lifts with a 5kg weight (these are rough numbers) once u can do that with out stopping cause of the burn factor or muscle numbness etc.. go for some more like 30x and so and so forth.. once ur body is use to this kind of endurance step up a weight or to... but never ever lift weights that cause u to struggle you will only cause ur self more damage ... and this is a long process you cant exspect to go down the gym for a week and be as strong as an bull...this could take years.. depending on you of course how much effort/ time you put into this.. also weights are not the only source general fitness like situps / push ups/ pull ups also will increase your strength

STAY AT THE GYM TAKE YOUR TIME AND WORK OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK AND DON'T OVER DO IT.

Lift heavy with small reps.

go for increaed weight as oppossed to more repititions. and add a weight protein supplement such as WHEY for helping to build muscle mass...

Go heavy or Go home
