Yeah almost all the time.
It has happened to me too many time to count.
But it is unavoidable. At the very same time there could be many people answering from all over the world and you wouldn't know this.
It is a case of whose answer gets to the server first, I guess.
It doesn't matter, it is all two points for everyone.
within that time many are answering.
Like "many a slip between cup and lip" ... is not a suitable idiom, but illustrates.
