We are all standing (or sitting) on the Earth.
We are turning at a constant speed.
Because we are moving the same speed as the Earth, we cannot feel the effects of it's motion. So we can dance!!
However, if the Earth were to accelerate (speed up, slow down, change direction) we would not be able to dance until we started going the same direction and speed as the Earth.
