YES or NO? If a 14 y/o has recurrent nightmares about being molested, and her mo!

Question: with a registered sex offender, the 14 y/o has probably been molested?

Where in the hell is CPS in this situation? It is against the law for a parent to live with a registered sex offender without consulting the other parent she is in violation if she has done this and the authorities must be alerted.

To answer. Yes.

Sick and tired is more right. I'm majoring in Psychology(Forensic mostly). A child that is having nightmares does not always mean it's happening. Unless there is proof out of the subconscious mind, she is more likely just worried. I would get her out of that situation as quick as possible Report It

The answer is YES, take this child to a Dr and get out of Yahoo Answers!!!!!!!!!!

WTF you are living with a sex offender? Messed up man.

And yea, givin the 'sex offenders' past, that I would have to say yes to your question. Or that the girl is freakishly frightened by living with one.

    agree with 1st answer

Chances are very good that she's scared or is being molested and her mom needs her A kicked for being such an idiot

    No.

Not at all actually. It's that you told the child that she is living with a sex offender and is now completey freaked out (which I can't blame her). Not to mention that she is 14-year old girl... who knows if she is even having these dreams. While he is a terrible person for being a sex offender, it doesn't mean every person who has a nightmare around him is having them due to him molesting them.

That's like saying I believe in aliens and had a nightmare about aliens abducting me, so I MUST have been abducted by an alien in my sleep. I'm not saying to brush her off because you never know but you're making heavy ASSUMPTIONS.

I'd lean towards YES, this mother isn't making a very good choice regardless.

my guess would be yes or either the child is so terrified by it happening that her sub conscience is allowing her to have dreams and nightmares about it

I really dont know for sure, but i reall agree with th first person. Are you the child, or is it a friend or family member. Either way we cant really help you. you have to contact someone that can do something about it.

Yes, I think that that is probably true.

Let's send the evil b?tch to the mother and the bf...
