Chronic whiners who do nothing to help themselves solve their problems totally drain me. They're energy vampires...

some of the trainings,especially those we do before a competition and running after my dog cause it takes a while until she gets tired and we go back home!
My wife.......in a gooood way.
A good work out, or playing sportz for a long time.
