It's chasing all the interest that it's collecting off of selling America it's own money. Chase is a derivative of one of the 12 federal reserve banks and there's nothing federal about them but the name.
I know you were not looking for a serious answer but more Americans should know that most of the interest that is collected on borrowing our own money goes to foreign owned banks.
