What's your GREATEST achievement?!

Question: (or what are you most proud of yourself for?)

Answers: (or what are you most proud of yourself for?)

When my boys are grown and they are happy and healthy I will consider that my greatest achievment.
Up til now I guess my greatest achievement would be having them both boys right at the age of 40. I've gotta say quitting smoking Cold Turkey after 30 years has been something that I can say I am pretty proud of.

getting past a broken heart

I saved an elderly man's life by performing CPR until paramedics arrived.

still being alive today

I ate an entire box of Captain Crunch without having the roof of my mouth fall out.

Raising my son to be a good person, well that's what I'm working on anyways!! So far so good!!

That & going back & finishing school.

I hope I have not achieved that one yet...

My greatest achievement was giving birth to the most beautiful little girl. Yes, I am extremely partial however, she has grown into a very caring, sincere, and all around exceptional woman... I am a very proud Mom.

The birth of my children...

Something that I wish I didn't have to do but did.

In Afghanistan, a few years ago, my patrol was ambushed. I don't know how many but they had far more people than I did. The fight lasted well over two hours, we were cut off and all alone the entire time. Our line of defense was almost 300 yards long. I was constantly running back and forth, through it all, controlling my people and the fight. It was by far the scariest thing I've ever been through. But at the end of it, I didn't lose one person. I didn't get any recognition, no medal, nothing. I didn't want any of it either. What I'm proud of is that I did it, and I brought all my people home.

my fam...

Following my dreams :)
