help express u really well too.
i think i have lost my ability to cry after many setbacks.
i therefore express myself in many other outlets such as drawing, loud music, in my dressing, wearing heavy eyeliner on my dull days.
I write in my notebook. I've been writing in notebooks since I was a 5th grader -- I'm 21 now, so about 10 years.
To be honest about it, mostly a lot of yelling.
